Feature0.5.0

Batch mailbox import

What's new in 0.5.0

Batch mailbox import

Migrate dozens or hundreds of mailboxes at once. Upload a CSV file with source addresses and passwords, and Rovela runs a login check against each one before a single message is moved: it tells you which credentials are wrong, which accounts have IMAP disabled, and which are ready to go. Fix the failures at the source, re-check just those rows, and then start the import for everything that passed — all from the same page.

The import runs up to three mailboxes in parallel per batch to stay within provider rate limits. Progress updates live in the table. If the service restarts mid-import, failed jobs are surfaced clearly so you can retry them.

Improved import reliability

Single-mailbox imports received several reliability fixes: quoted INTERNALDATE on APPEND so large imports no longer hang, automatic reconnect when the source drops the connection mid-transfer, and retry logic for transient IO errors.

Mailbox visibility grouped by organization

The mailbox list now groups every mailbox the signed-in user may see, across all organizations they belong to, with the organization name as a section header. Previously only the current organization's mailboxes were shown.
